Ok so shareholders were not given an opportunity to buy more shares for whatever reason (Asic or otherwise), however why go to one institution for your raising. Why not spread the love. Unless Mr Freedman's buy in is seen a praecursor to opening a particular gateway: US spruiking, US listing. But normally, you would give several insitutional a go? Not saying they didn't - I don't know - but surely spreading the love is a good strategy. Equity is and equity does.

I'm not sure whether a complaint to PRR will do much, except solicit the fairly standard response "We had to get the money from someone. That seemed like an good/easy option at the time".

I will accept nothing short of a personal assurance from Mr Freedman that when PRR does skyrocket that he flies all Hotcopper PRR holders to his palatial Billonaire mansion wherever it is, for one hell of a party. I'm laying down the challenge. If Mr Freedman wants to take us up, I suggest we get our food preferences in order now. I'm impartial to some Russian Caviar, Mr Freedman.
