A little worse than I had thought, I factored in a decline of 5% and NTA around the 17/18c mark

Let's hope that this is the last we see of significant write downs.

I'm confident management are doing their best under the current circumstances to stabilise the company, and unfortunately there are things that are out of their control.

Remember what nursery said about property replacement costs etc. At some point the asset values need to be realised

considering the shares on issue, today's volume is low, and more than likely the people selling are those who bought thinking NTA will be something like 24c
