I agree but I also think there's a chance that it might run as high as 1.6 to 1.8c short term.
Technically I like to use Elliot wave charting to follow a stock; It is very difficult to read the chart at these incriments but I believe we have completed a double zigzag retracement & the last wave cycle is complete. This appears to be the beginning of a new cycle.
