not even the backing of the WA government can get this stock moving...pretty much all those stocks mentioned in thebull.com.au from yesterday's post have had some form of action in the past month while our TOE has done sweet FA...aaaaarrrrrgggghhhhhhh
arguably the most boring stock on the asx
