I am hearing the PERP approval is not far away now. At first not sure how true this was.
However when I see volume and share price slowly creeping up it confirms that maybe the slow bureaucrats have finally run out of excuses with their bosses on why it has taken so long, and they had to rubber stamped it.
If so, then expect this to go past it's previous high's.
