Hopefully there will be moves on other plants as well before the end of 2023 and Dubbo will be being built.
Time will tell.
First get all the different metals/alloys into production.
I am sure of one thing ASM should be way better than being just a rare earth miner so maybe it is just patience we need as we can't control what the funds do and whether indexes have us in or out.
