Bit of a cheap shot, the bloke has taken his time to provide analysis of data available to the market at the time. The calculations were fair to say that is a valuation of estimated commodity fully diluted.
A number of watchers also checked and agreed at that time. Also I don't believe that was his modelling rather than an estimate off known data at the time. A model that included well performance was completed sometime after.
We can all come up with an approximate asset value to the SOI, what the market values is a different point to argue.....and that is the point. Your next email should be to Morningstar to argue thier recommendation is wrong as well.
