Being ahead of Turnbull but miles behind Rudd will not win the Coalition government. With Abbotts 27% for preferred PM and an election looming the Coalition has every right to be very jittery. If the election result is anywhere near the 57.5% for Labor in the Morgan poll, the Coalition will lose a huge number of seats from its already depleted ranks. The Greens with a 12% primary vote should increase its senate numbers. Hopefully things will turn and we get a closer election.
