like the previous raise. I don't know why anyone would participate.... let's see what the basis and terms are. retail continues to remain faithful and supportive this co. and the Co has done. I thing but slap us in the face everyone for years. the mistake made was we should have traded it like the directors.... and bailed long ago!! drake has every right I believe to not participate in the raise as it was a farce.
again let's see what the terms are and for what... and legitimately how close this tech is to being utilised if at all.
