BW, this is all based on a technicality and financially backed by someone with an opportunistic interest to use that technicality in their favour.
Based on the technicality the warden will most likely keep ruling in favour of the plaintiffs so that in itself is not a concern.
The final ruling will be determined by the current Minister not the Warden.

as I see it, it's a bit like someone who doesn't like you having irrefutable proof that you went over the speed limit once and they keep bringing it up every time they can in the hope that it goes to court and the judge takes your licence off you - I imagine that your clean record since would take precedence.
