All I can say is that @danpech does an enormous amount of research and DD for his own benefit and very kindly shares just some of his insights on this forum.
I would suggest you re-read each of his posts yesterday and looks for clues that may indicate that despite the frustration of lack of drilling, there is indeed a lot going on behind the scenes.
yes the SP does not reflect the true intrinsic value of this company based on current assets and income, but it certainly does not reflect the potential future opportunities that may present themselves now that they have cash in the bank.
