It's hard to make any statements here as fact because it is all very confusing and no one can say for certain at this point. However, what I will say is that I have made my own enquiries with people on the ground in the DRC and I believe @Obe wan to be right on the money on this one. I think you'll find that arbitration will not even proceed, but the company is obligated to announce the process as officially at this point the arbitration has not been retracted by the instigating party. Perhaps a retraction is imminent, let's see....

Additionally, I believe that the recent comments in detail about Boatman were to appease ASIC, who have received 10's if not 100's of complains about the 'story' and how it has been presented in the media.

I don't think we'll trade this week but I do think we're close and perhaps by the end of the month we may be back. What a ride this one has been...
