    Cheers for looking into it!

I tried to do a little more research, this is from the initial announcement re appointment of primero:
"has been appointed to undertake the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) for the building of AVL’s vanadium electrolyte manufacturing plant. This will form stage 1 of the vanadium electrolyte manufacturing plant build process, with stage 2 being the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC)."
"The ECI stage will incorporate analysis of the U.S. Vanadium LLC1 plant design including alignment with Australian standards, design layouts and EPC contract preparation. Primero will also work with AVL to review potential locations for the plant."

I couldn't find any news that a location was selected as per ECI stage, detailed above, but mentions of Kwinana later and the images you found suggest a location was selected.

What sent me looking was the articles stating plant was under construction, but what looks more likely is the articles were just simply not correct.

And without much more to go on, I guess the lack of news or updates is probably the best indicator of progress, if it has even passed stage 1 is unknown.
Where that leaves the $4 mil grant money from the government, or where it leaves AVL matching it, also unknown.

Primero have many varied projects detailed on there website but this plant also gets zero mention. So i'll call it, the plant is in the ether as far as anyone knows.

It's pretty dissapointing actually, but again, presents opportunity for TMT, and the question why another grantw was awarded next door when that electrolyte plant project seems to have gone nowhere, I understand Ian has focused on our main goal and it is why we are so far advanced, but NAIF and other govenrnment bodies better darn well consider TMT for funding and assistance given Ian's track record of setting milestones and actually achieving them.
