Well, i took up my entitlement and i didn't get diluted and the share price today is within <1% of the offer.
Since i am long retired and living off my capital i have to wonder if some folks can not do ordinary arithmetic to look after their own interests.
There was a better way to have handled this CR which i wrote about more than once.
There is no need for another CR before the end of 2024, and probably PAR can have a deal done on MPS to cover that as well.
We now have nearly 30 months of nothing but news on trials in respect of which to watch share appreciation.
What the board can do to help that along is to move to Depository Receipts or a dual listing.
PAR was once at $4 when we were further away from registration.
It is true that interest rates are rising, but anything less than 10% doesn't take you back to $1.30 from the forward potential of 30m users at $thousands.
But then you would have to do the DCF.
Hold on that has already been done.
