we all want the stock to go up but there is nothing 'wrong' with questioning the current situation.
Now i dont know what you are reading but the plan is 'not clear' to me as the plan was to drill two Wells by years end in which that is 'almost impossible' at this stage of the year.
If money is an issue then we will need to CR if getting a team is an issue management need to communicate 'whatever' reason the plan is well on delay the current 'plan' otherwise Shareholders are quite within their right to question exactly what is going on.
Management gave MORE options to CPS to speed up the 3rd Well, thus shareholder money was use to speed up the process. Which was a smart move at the time but it is looking more and more dumb as they sit on their hands and not get drilling.
