Totally agree this is a company in late and I mean late stages of a turn around. It is only a matter of time before it is spotted and the SP will move.

In addition, the Board has stated they will return capital if no opportunities present itself.

I can't complain almost been holding for 12mths and it has returned 28% in Divi and 18% in capitial gain. I'd like to see in the next 12mths 20% in Divi and 200% in Cap Gain. Time will tell.
