No it doesn’t it will need to raise cash.
The problem here is a 10:1 consolidation is not enough as it will blow out again too quickly and in reality $3-4 million needs to be raised so it can stop stuffing around with small drill programs and hit it hard with a few rigs, otherwise it’s a small raise hope and drill hope and drill.
It will need a substantial increase in resource to get part funding and a bigger resource should relate the SP.
