pos1963. Stu was party to the agreement with Lilac. Perfect timing for new CEO to take over completely and show us what he is capable ofdoing. Looks like he's got the skill and expertise to settle what really is a basic fundamental. MUCH room for amicable compromise. Certainly NO reason to go to arbitration.
