Lilac will earn in to the Kachi Project, up to a 25% stake
What is Lake Resources? A multi-layer marketing scheme? Shareholders' sole purpose is to finance the gig and are encouraged to bring in new shareholders so the stock goes up. The fundamentals are weak and the potential of the company has been given away to those that help build the momentum, such as: Lilac, management, and those who wrote favorable reports over the last 3 years. It is crazy!
