    Not down ramping but every 12 months he changes tunes.

    Malaysia plant - dead. Silicon breakthrough - dead. Now NaCL-Ni tech? It all sounds great but as soon obstacles appear he changes to something new.

    Great anns for a day like today but will it last? And where does he get the cash from? For all previous projects he claimed funding is secured - yeah right.
