1) The contractor completing the ESIA Report hasn't finished. Knight Piesold will hand the report to Lake when it is finished, this then gets submitted to the Government for assessment (9 month process). Yet this company still claims they will be in construction this year

2) Lilac and Lake are now at loggerheads over the Pilot Plant Agreement. Lake threatening Arbitration and taking Lilacs 25% interest in the project
