I agree with @mrdingo above. New tech can appear that matches our pipeline. Like that Immvirx one that @wiet mentioned. If it is good and could work like CF33, then why not buy it out when it is still very cheap and kill off any potential competition. Just like in the earlier days how IMU bought up all things B cell.
