Change of Directors and a total overhaul of business,
I have a friend who has just brought a site out in sunbury/melton..paid 10 mill for it.....retirement villages are very limited in the ageing department and is a good cash flow stream.....this is an excellent move for MXA..i will hold, 5 yrs will be 40 cents long lterm, thats my prediction
