After the delay from the first estimate I would be very surprised if he didn't add some time fat.
Doesn't mean it hasn't been eaten up though.
I can't remember which podcast or interview it was but SG said the biggest factor was technical risk, and that there are always delays.
Anyone who has been around speccies for a while will only know too well how true that is.
Hence, I always add some time fat to my own expectations. That way I'm more likely to be pleasantly surprised than pissed off.
