LKE just try to honor the contract with LILAC. Obviously, you dont want cat fight between partners at this crucial stage of the project however we are talking about $US300-400 mil here. Reckon LKE will just penalized 5% and continue on with the project. Both LKE and LILAC needs each other. LKE can pick another DLE but then this will delay the project at least 2 years. LILAC not doing this project will miss out significant revenue potential after 4 years of work. Hope both parties can focus a bigger picture and come to some sort of agreement.

If anyone read Steve Job autobiography, he used to place so much demand and screwed suppliers/partners a lot but they always compromised and get the jobs done eventhought neither party like each other. This is business and there will be huge $$$ involved.
