So let me get this straight - this company has been around for years and have missed milestones along the way and never said anything. Now all of a sudden there is a dispute over a couple of months in terms of delivery by Lilac? It's almost like lake management are trying to make Lilac the fall guy for much deeper issues? It just smells fishy.
