The stuff written at AFR and Petapixel is pretty damning, even if 10% of it is true this is going to reflect really poor on Atomos as well as prevent percentage of their sales in the near future.

0.165 is a tempting re-entry for me but I do not know if they are going to be announcing a CR in the near future, and if they do, under current circumstances they can only offer at heavy discount further fueling dilution. It has been a fascinating trainwreck to watch from the sidelines and dipping my toes in and out, but oh boy do I feel sorry for the LTHs: 90% down in less than a year!

This kind of SP performance justifies full board restructure (I bet the board are still going to pay themselves handedly for their 'performance') also not sure how many years the bad reputation will stay with this stock The recent SP plummet event will not be forgotten by the market for years to come.

In my opinion the optimal way forward is:

Organisational restructure + rename/re-ticker + re-audit by EY/PWC/KPMG + strong 4C result

This will at least give the market confidence and address (indirectly) concerns raised by the ex-CEO as well as re-position company away from the recent and past events in the position to support growth and return to fairer valuation.

I also think that at this rate AMS may be on its way to bankruptcy with a few CRs and debt facilities thrown into the mix. Board needs to move very fast and I just don't see the required hustle.
