What a difference 4 weeks makes in Investing
1) Lake now threatening arbitration and buying back ownership of the project against their JV Partner Lilac (Who is the back bone of the whole damn operation)
2) The DFS looks like it has been pushed back even further and will all likelihood not be out until Q1 2023
3) The consultant completing your ESIA Report is yet to provide Lake the final version, this will then need to be submitted to the Government for Assessment (Which will take ~9 months for approval going off Lithium Peers in Argentina)
Oh, and I nearly forgot....
