Old boy, I'm not against you on the "locking horns" thing ok. It was the way it was done. Terribly, and then it got rolling beyond the point of no return.
It is what happened after that, whether on advice or not, that escalated things.
Please accept that 10,000 plus shareholders were told that a case against ASX could be pleaded and maintained. 4th Amended SOC. That says plenty. Whilst that was happening, ISX was sending the IP elsewhere and leaving a shell. I watched the demerger meeting vote last year.
