Not a bad gig, stay for a couple of years, achieve Sweet F All, get paid $550k for it, and cant imagine hes going to be putting in much work when hes heading out the door for the last 6 months.
Also I didnt see why these were given, check out the latest financial statements, Layton Mills awarded 2 million shares of performance rights. What exactly did he achieve to get this? None of the incentives were met in his employee contract.
So CFO whos quit got a million shares of performance rights, and Layton whos now quitting gets 2 million shares plus a cool $550k. And AC8 is left with.....
