I don't think we will have to worry about a low ball takeover offer with Andreas holding 20% plus more if you include his colleagues holdings. This is his lifetimes work and if anyone knows what the likely potential value of his Co its him. 4DX has Multi Unicorn Status Value written all over it IMO.
Anyway considering how the Nasdaq and financial markets have behaved lately we are doing ok.
