anyway on the news the other day was some comment about 10,000 steps per day - and the benefits

it seems that the sweet spot is a miserable 3,800 steps

after watso read the article - the next morning he walked 4.5km in 50 minutes
(ie 11min/km).. and then this morning the same distance was done in 47 minutes
(ie 10.5 minutes/km) - but watso did work up a bit of a sweat
