It would seem LG and the new CEO at this stage have a somewhat different perspective of the possibility AUZ will get finance by their recent actions - they will both have far more background on what is currently happening re AUZ than any of us.
I think it is safe to say LG would not have extended the offtake or the new CEO taken up the role if in their opinion AUZ was doomed.
