Does anyone really believe that the ongoing suspension has nothing to do with Zinjin's claim and arbitration? A little coincidental isnt it that the suspension - pending mining and exploration rights aligned with Zinjins 15% claim being raised by management?
My guess is the DRC gov is withholding the mining licence and ongoing exploration rights until the Z shit is sorted.
AVZ have therefore not mislead the market by saying the mining and exploration rights issue is the reason for the ongoing suspension. Its not for AVZ to say why the DRC gov is taking its time. They may not know or dont have to say?
But WTF do I - or any of you know? Especially #1 cheerleader Obe who thinks he knows everything but actually knows FkA - like the rest of us.
