As I said, I have tripled my holding in the company. What I said is valid. Management does not have to wait for the last hour to announce the results. By now they should have everything tied up, or it may not be a go. Price action in the last month or so, appeared to have capped on the share price to accommodate accumulation.
As for Berinka, ever since the mandatory quarterly report there is no announcement or update. I agreed with many complaints from shareholders who have been reasonable and justified. I echo their sentiment.
I maintained my position that shareholders are the people that supported the company and paid the bills. They should be kept informed so that they can act basing on available information todate .
.I have not sold a single share since my topped up.
