I’m just doing basic math on the share count. But yes you are roughly correct (just a bit off on the share count). I believe they retire the shares at the end of the buyback. So market cap you see on hotcoppee doesn’t change until buyback is complete. That’s when they will announce the shares being retired. And market cap will drop by shares bought back x share price.
Not 100% sure. That’s just the google definition I got. That’s why I’m asking people here.
