And surely unless a complete newbie who, shouldn't be investing in high risk shares and I doubt that you are, you must be aware there are other avenues of asking questions of said company eg Phone/Email especially when you have bothered to attend meetings and meet with said representatives.

I think Daves ire stemmed from these issues although I think there must be more to it than what the rest of us posters are privy to. Finally glad to hear you get back in but in my opinion would wait until the dilution finishes. Might find the share price has got above your last stop loss.
