    Then I'm just a little confused at why you would be so upset with the deal quoting the 33% discount figures:

    They paid 20c per share and received free options which are probably worth another 5c per share. So effectively they paid 15c a share - a 33% discount to the current market price. Go to any large institution and offer them shares in any ASX200 listed company at a 33% discount and see how many of them refuse. Not very many. They have already made a huge profit in a very short space of time. They don't need to have any confidence in our long term success.

    If the SP get over 33c (which isn't guaranteed any time soon so at this stage the options don't come into play, lets hope really hope they do), then I think most holders will be happy.
    At this stage the SP is holding strong at 22-23c and if this $80m is used for our benefit, then I have no issue with the 20 cents either. Instos, like us, are in it to make money. (and the science before anything is said, which at the end of day, so do the instos if this comes off, we all have family and friends that suffer from cancers.
