My take is that this is what Vimson and or the German's wanted. They will now vote to defeat the 249D which is such a shame.
Interesting wording in the announcement that gives PB plenty of scope to hang around "until a suitable CEO is appointed" then 6 months to skim off the top and a lifeboat out the back.
Nothing will materially change IMO.
