I don't know, But what i do know is that the last time EVN was at this price, gold was about USD1330.....With the AUD trading at 78 cents. This comparison ignores company dynamics....But, This is a pretty strong macro divergence.
Company dynamics make it more compelling EVN ...With an AISC of AUD1215 (USD814) and annual production of 760,000 Ounces Thats an EBITDA of Over $1B...Last year NPAT 348 Million.....Gold production is set to increase to the 950-1010 K ounces by 2024.. Check their latest annual report - i think it checks out!!!At a 3.8 Billion market cap I think am ready to dive in!
Gold could go lower....But I doubt much more before inflation pressures put the marginal miners out of business. Significant AUD strength could swing this though!!!
