I am unsure as to what a NASDAQ listing might entail and I call upon any Wise Mentors out there to assist. Which of these conceptions are incorrect.
1. We could just list and I could sell my shares on that market.
2. Shares have to be "rebirthed" (my words) as NASDAQ shares to be traded.
3. A capital raising is required to be an integral part of such listing., (as opposed to "might be part")
4. It makes sense to have an "IPO" at that time. (Wow if so I have about ten other questions as to what happens to my shares and who would own ANTERIS!)
