I did some more research being new investor in the company and few questions which may be experienced holders can answer

- The three top holders in CBE per 12 Aug 2022 Asx notice are 1. Metal Tiger PLC (17.2%) 2. Holland Family A/C (5.25%) and 3. Commodity Discovery Management (4.98%). Together they hold 27.43% which is a good indication if some institutional investors are there. My understanding is if 5% holders change their holdings (buy or sell) then they need to give ASX notice to the market.
- I started following this guy on Twitter name "Willem MiddelKoop" (Chairman of Commodity Discovery Management- CDM) and he tweeted on 22 Aug that his fund own 7% of CBE. Willem Middelkoop on Twitter: "Cobre jumped another 35% during trading in Sydney Monday. Where is the ASX notice of change in holding %? Am i missing something?

@doublewinner - If any of significant holders from above top 3 are selling we would know because they need to give ASX notice. Well you are right there are a lot of games at play here but considering Martin himself holds 5%+ of the company and Mitchell Services accepting shares as form of payment who operates largest number of rigs in the region gives me comfort for long term holding... but i am already in red provided i bought 2 days quite large holding per my standards... now fingers crossed!
