I have been lied to by a publicly listed company's management.
Is there anyone on this site who hasnt? Are we just supposed to shut up about it and let them get away with it?
They think they can string along individual retail investors, but this discussion forum often reveals this game they play. And I am VERY sure MOST publicly listed company directors would like nothing better than to see only glowing comment on these forums.
Can I sue people for posting positive comment that costs me money? No!!! It is laughable that people who sound the alarm bells are sued. Often they are doing us all a favour. Consider CVI.
