There is a tendency for so many people to think that because they are posting using a nic on a forum they have the right to identify and call company Management criminals, liars etc. etc. when things appear or do go wrong with the company and of course their investment.

Well they don't have that right unless they are prepared for possible consequences - legal consequences.

But provided of course information was not posted that identified who Siameseparrot is in real life, I think it would be a different issue if a forum member started defaming Siameseparrot with posts on this or any other forum.

In such a situation one would expect Forum Management to take appropriate action and that is where it would stay.

"Siameseparrot" is not a clearly identifiable, public figure. For example, I think I am pretty confident when I say that there is no company director in this country who is named "Siameseparrot!" There is no well known sportsperson called "Siameseparrot," there is no legal firm called "Siameseparrot's Legal Consultancy," etc. etc.

It is a bit hard to imagine a Court case for forum defamation between say Siameseparrot verus Too_Smart_By_Half_Cockatoo!!
