I’ll reply seeing as nobody has so far.

CR are generally made up from a mix of institutions, (so called)sophisticated investors (terrible name) and sometimes retails holders. If management has done their DD on the institution and sold them the story then you won’t see that institution selling for a few pips. SI’ s on the other hand are a real mixed and some only want to dump their placement shares for a quick buck. These are the shares we have seen dumped these last 2 days. This causes stop loss selling as well, plus shorters had a gift entry when the LPI share price got back over 70 cents knowing that the placement shares were about to hit the market.
Should see the share price find support around these levels. We can now look forward to the merger and some positive news.
