Livent Corporation produce Lithium Chloride & Carbonate in Argentina, they then ship that product to themselves in China & the US and they convert the Chloride + Carbonate into Lithium Hydroxide (They have done for years)
Although their mining operations are based in Argentina, their conversion plant is in the US (Hence their material will qualify as being processed in the US) under the Inflation Reduction Act
Are you now saying that Lake will be relocating their conversion plant from its proposed location onsite in Argentina to the US ??? Has the company announced this ? Do they have an approved site for this ?
No they don't
Hence your business plan which consists of DLE & Processing into carbonate in Argentina will be excluded from qualification under the IRA
