Anyone would think that if he wasnt in bed somehow with the company, that they would sue him for previous incompetence.

I was once told by another sharholder that a family member of his (JC) is close to some acreage we own?

Can anyone clarify? Maybe that is the source of leakage if it is true.

IMO, he deserves to be left with nothing but the seat of his pants, for not disclosing soooooooo much.

Check out my post yesterday re: continualy disclosure and i will back myself, that he breached several asp[ects of it several times.
I am not sure that the corporate insurance he had would support him under such conditions and if anyone is willing to have a go at it legally, i will be right there.
The man has ruined lives and his affiliation with the company as a consultant is an insult to the companies integrity of reporting. They should say they sacked him if they did and they should take him on if he is liable for non-continual disclosure.
I hope it sends him to a world of poo personally and when i next speak to him, he might wish his hearing had been drowned out.

Anyone pursuing it legally on the grounds that insurance wont support illegality and he may not therefore be covered by the insurance?
