Like I said, they MIGHT have an FTA with Argentina one day, there currently ISNT one, which makes Argentinian critical INELIGIBLE for the EV market after 2028, that's a risk you have to carry knowing that it's not an absolute certainty which is what you've been implying, the USA and Argentina DO TRADE, but trading regular goods like soda and critical metals are ENTIRELY DIFFERENT, that's why they are CRITICAL metals, the USA has designated them as something it needs and has listed the places it's comfortable getting it from, lake can sell to anywhere else including south America but it's there, on the bill, in black and white, signed sealed and delivered, that's the law as written, you can't just say it's wrong because you haven't been bothered to read it
