This is called accepting reality based on current performance. It is extremely important in investing i.e. take your profits or cut your losses and move onto greener pastures!

Adapting to change is a skill that allows you to face new challenges and situations as they arise.

In this regard, before Callisto, I bought CNJ and in effect backed two horses in one race (with a small holding), which I felt both had fairly good chances of success (with MT being the safer and thus the anchor bet).

Given what we now know today about MT i.e. post Callisto (when I immediately bought a major shareholding), I am now putting most of my money on MT (as well as my research efforts) i.e I have adapted to this major change and IMHO taken good advantage of this entirely new situation.

Given what we have heard from CNJ and GSR over the past few weeks, and also what we now know about Ryberg from this week announcement, this change in my overall investment strategy looks like it could pay off handsomely (if not, I will move on by the end of this year).

In this regard, and as I always do, I never fall in love with a stock i.e. I take my profits or losses, move on, accept my mistakes do better next time.

The bottom line is that I see CNJ as an excellent investment (particularly at just over 1 cent in May!) and I think that my money is very well placed (with MT now as the big odds-on favourite, and with Greenland more like a small each way bet).

Investing is allocating resources, usually money, with the expectation of earning an income or profit. Fortunately, CNJ is really like owning two completely companies i.e. CNJ - MT, and CNJ GL, and as such, it is a form of investment diversification for me (like backing two horses in one race).
