Just to add to the above, for those wanting to do some quick calculations:

There will be 681 963 069 Shares on issue for MOM on relisting, so times this amount by the share price to get market cap.

If they open around 2.7 , will be a market cap of $18 mill (681 963 069 x 0.027), if it opens around 2 it will have market cap of $13.6 mill, still very undervalued comparative to peers GTR thats sitting on 30 mill market cap at the same stage of uranium exploration.

CPS capital have options (20 million) excercisable at 3cents , they are known for playing and getting their money, so can expect a pump at some stage above this price, before perhaps they excercise and sell on market.
